Personal Ethics Statement

I strive to hold to the core values of honesty, respect for others and self-respect in every aspect of what I do both personally and in the workplace. While I grew up the same way as many others, my personal experiences, relationships and self reflection have shaped me into the person that I am today.

Honesty 

I value honesty deeply, and strive to always be transparent in every relationship that I find myself in. I believe that honesty is the foundation for trust, and without it, it becomes impossible to interact with individuals beyond face value. Honesty is the foundation for clientele management, and with their best interest in mind, I strive to always be open and honest in order to build a strong relationship and good impression with every client I work with.  With the interest of myself and those that I care about, I always aspire to be honest and kind yet firm in order to hold all parties accountable. 

Respect for Others

As a communicator, I hold respect for others as not only a professional standard but also a personal standard. Relationships are key when it comes to conveying messages in our personal and professional lives, and respect is an important step in keeping positive relationships. I was always taught to treat others the way that I would want to be treated, but as I grew up, left my comfort zones, and entered the world on my own, I quickly realized that my relations do not have to be about how I want to be treated, but rather how individuals deserve to be treated no matter who they may be as we coexist together in order to make our lives better. 

Self-Respect 

While respect for others is very important to me, I have also found that it is important to respect myself and the work that I put into the things that matter to me. By setting certain standards for myself, I have been able to become a person that I am proud to be, and I am always striving to do better. My work is something that I hold to high stands, not only for myself, but for those that will be receiving it in order to ensure that they will be able to use the content in a way that they feel confident in. When I am able to meet my standards, I try to go above and beyond what I have set for myself. I also recognize that sometimes they can be hard to achieve, in which case I must ask myself why and create a plan to move forward in a way that I can still be proud of who I am and what I have accomplished.
